Sitting on the dock of the bay....

Happy Wednesday! It's mid week folks. That is a big deal to me! I am hoping to get our seeds in the ground this weekend!! I t is raining now and I believe it will be tomorrow too. Which is unfortunate for the gardening, but I know I have neglected the inside so I will have a chance to finish laundry, etc, etc. Yay! haha!

So I feel like I am sitting still waiting for the next move. Almost like a kid on Christmas Eve. I am not feeling impatient, but lets just say eagerly awaiting to hear from God. I think I need a few lessons in listening.
I feel like I am wasting time everyday at work, but I know I am here for a reason. I just need to be patient. I am getting a little better, but phew it's not easy.

I just saw this book called 4 keys to hearing God's voice and the #1 key is God's voice in your heart often sounds like a flow of spontaneous thoughts. Well everyone who knows me, knows I can be very random. I think I need to stop dismissing the thoughts that I assume are mine and be still. Also, the fourth key says Journaling, the writing out your prayers and God's answers, brings great freedom in hearing God's voice.
So I attached the link to that web page and it has all the 4 listed and extra. Pretty good stuff.

I wrote out all my wants and needs on a paper, prayed over it and gave it all to God. I have no idea how or when, but I believe God will take care of those. I know He has worked out all the details. I am just working on doing my part in getting ready to accept what He will have me do.

I will tell you I built a custom cotton harvester online today for a cool 600k. Is that a lot? Not for God. I may sound crazy, but aren't all things possible with God? Why would you put limits on things just because they seem too big??
in Action

Mark 11:24

New International Version (NIV)
24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

I believe that I will have the things I will need along with the knowledge necessary.
I have declared these things.

This is also great. This is today's encouraging word form K-Love

Encouraging Word

You thrill me, Lord, with all you have done for me! I sing for you because of what you have done.

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. (Galatians 6:9 NKJV)
