oh woe is me...THE LOST BLOG!!

This is the lost entry.. well turns out after I rewrote a new one and published it... I saw this one had reaappeared! So I will let you read both!!



So after a fabulous day and night. Thursday reared its ugly head. I had a great conversation with my mom last night about what God is doing and it's so encouraging, etc, etc. Well somewhere between sleep thirty and 6 am, I woke up in a rage. Yuck! I was mad and it showed. Why, why was I acting this way, nothing had happened?? I just couldn't shake this gunk and it took me until well about 5 minutes ago to get rid of it.

I had to take some paperwork to our home office and wasn't too thrilled with taking the time to do so.  Thank the Lord I did. I was listening to K-Love and they were referring to a girl who had heard form God that she go to college, but found out she lost her funding. Her aunt said to her, well didn't God tell you to go? Well then pack your bags, if God told you then He will do the rest, but pack your bags. Sure enough she got awarded a 3 year scholarship. They went on to say don't let fear get in the way of what God has told you to do. Pack your bags and get ready. Well Hello! I mean I wanted to run home and "pack my bags". I do not want fear getting in the way of what God has planned for me and my family. No Way!

I'll take that spirit of power and cast out that spirit of fear! Well that felt great :) The little sneaky fear will try again to come back. We have to end him packing folks!

So I was telling my mom about this song we sang at church on Sunday. It is one of my faves and I love to just belt it out(generally in the car haha). So here it is.  Alive by Natalie Grant.  I just wanted to share because I love it .

On a funny note the hubs wanted a sweet treat last night and well we have nothing. We are trying to eat healthy and so we don't normally buy sweet stuff. He found some marshmallows and proceeded to roast them... inside haha! Don't worry I do have a pic! Hilarious I tell you!!

I just ran across this verse and well it's  right on target... funny how that always happens isn't it :)

Jeremiah 32:27  “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind.  Is anything too hard for me?”

Well that is what I came to yesterday, nothing is too big or hard for God. We limit what He can do, stop putting limits on how much He can bless you!

I also really like this verse

Joshua 1:9  “Have I not commanded you?  Be strong and courageous.  Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

I feel like that is what I need to do. Be strong and courageous. I believe what he has told me, but I need to stop acting like a weenie and own it. I can say it a million times but if I don't whole heartedly believe, well what's the point. I will not be discouraged! Amen!
